Meeting minutes are published in draft form as soon as they are available and then approved, with any necessary corrections, and signed as a true record by the meeting's chairman at the next meeting.
Note that while Covid-19 social distancing regulations apply, meetings are conducted remotely so meeting minutes cannot be signed in the normal way. They will be signed in due course.
Because of ill-health, no minutes or agenda had been prepared for the meeting of 14 October 2015, which was therefore abandoned
