Institution of Astbury's new Rector

Astbury's new Rector, Rev Anne-Marie Naylor, will be formally instituted in St Mary's Church at 7:30pm on 4 July. Unfortunately, the Covid-19 regulations mean that the parishioners can't attend in person, but the church invites everyone to attend via Zoom. Full information here:
Construction of Congleton Link Road continues safely during lockdown

Although the Covid-19 lockdown has delayed the expected completion of Congleton Link Road until at least 27 January 2021, work on the road still continues. You can see some of the progress in this short video, sent to us by Cheshire East:
